When we first visited the store, we received a warm welcome and explanation of their service - but then were impressed at the way they left us to view and try out beds, chatting between ourselves with no pressure from them to buy or to choose a more expensive option. Once we'd made our choice from the numerous beds on display the process of ordering was easy with no pressure to buy extras - and our selected item was delivered within the promised time frame of two weeks with a helpful delivery team delivering into the room of our choice and setting everything up, showing us how the ottoman style bed we'd chosen lifted easily. That was two weeks ago and we've now had a really good nights sleep every night - something our old bed was no longer delivering! Congratulations to Sound Sleep Beds!

We purchased an Espoir Natural Luxury 1000 Mattress, which is a softer mattress and an Espoir divan base. It was a bit of a gamble, because Espoir was not a brand we were familiar with, but it is the best bed we have ever slept on and we are both sleeping much better than we have ever done before. Prior to purchasing the service and advice given were excellent.

Highly recommended and I can't thank them enough. After a serious life changing car accident they helped me with a specialist bed be able to get home to recover. At the drop of a hat phone call with no notice they went above and beyond help me and even on a bank holiday..

Ordered new mattress 3 weeks ago and delivered as promised, delivery guys very helpful, installed mattress and removed my memory foam mattress. Very happy with product and would highly recommend - competitive pricing / good quality.

Great Quality bed's at a great price. Staff were very good ,. We we're allowed to have a good look at all the bed's and try them out. That also take Your old bed away. Super fully recommended. Update. Had Our new bed's delivered today and Our old one's taken away. They look great and the guy's assembled the new one's and placed them where We wanted them. Very quick too. Very happy thank You very much.

A lovely local firm who couldn't have been more helpful and sorted my Dad out with a perfect new bed and mattress. They got it delivered in time for his move. A brilliant firm, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended these guys.

Went looking for an adjustable bed for my elderly mum who had just suffered a nasty fall.Andrew explained all the options in a polite and professional way. We therefore had no hesitation in purchasing the bed. We are eagerly awaiting its arrival.Well done Sound Sleep😊

**UPDATE** As you can see below, the customer service, despite being delivered the wrong mattress, was good. 3 months down the line, after buying a mattress that supposedly lasts 3-5 years due to it being a cheaper one of their stock, my back is in PIECES. Every single night I am struggling to sleep because the mattress has lost its firmness as is just dipped rather than rising back up. I am currently on painkillers from the drs because my back is so bad and I have done absolutely nothing different, apart from change my mattress. I honestly feel like sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. When my husband and I went in to try out some mattresses, we were kindly greeted and offered assistance with what we were looking for. We were then able to have a try and look around on our own, without the feeling of any pushy sales or over the top priced stuff!! Our order was in stock and was delivered within the week, but it was delivered as a double and not a king size. Soundsleep promptly rectified this and delivered us the correct size on the same day and also apologised. Great customer service and would definitely use them again and again!!

Very good. Went in on a Saturday to look for beds, we went in with a budget and assumed we were looking in the wrong place but the assistant managed to show us 5 frames and mattresses within our budget. Very helpful and polite service and no pressure at all unlike the big chain shops.
